Ok as of this moment, the web post master seems to be able to relay mail to
arklinux users only. I have created serveral dummy accounts on wwwdevel
tried both mail.arklinux.org and localhost(build.arklinux.org) Neither seem
to send mail outside of the arklinux users. So I may need an account setup
to send mail from on the new site.
