Processing updates

while we are on the subject of kernels, the last time I checked arklinux.org
and ibiblio where not rsync and where terribly slow, I had to get the
2.6.10-2ark kernel to boot my system with the fix for the hotplug error
that occurs on athlons with sftp straight off build.arklinux.org.
