Mission Control

Hi,  
 
I try to make a Debian package from the CVS version of Mission Control. There 
is nothing to find yet on apt-get.org and the tool is amazing. There is no 
problem getting all the sources out of cvs but when I try to start compiling 
or at least try to build a configure script, it complains about missing 
configure.in or configure.ac. So I tried with configure.in.in but this fails. 
 
Anyway, count it on my inexperience, could anybody of you guys guide me please 
on how to get mission control compiled?
