User administration tool

Hello Ark Linux developers,
I think one of the main tools Ark Linux is lacking is the User Administration 
Tool, a tool that will allow to seitch between Mono-user and Family mode 
(does anybody have a better naming for Mono-user ?)
So, here is a draft of its spec, anybody, including Erikos with whom I chatted 
today, feel free to add anything:
The tool (that should be a KCM integratable in KControl and Mission Control) 
will state in which mode we are know and show a button to change to the other 
mode, it should contain full explanations. When in Mono-user mode, it will be 
a very simple GUI, in Multi-user mode, it'll have a 'full featured' user 
management tool (we can borrow sources from kuser). 'Full featured' as long 
as it doesn't become too complex, that means: add user, remove user and 
that's it.
Now, what I need to define is the following issues:
1) exactly what is the state of things in mono-user mode (like autologin) and 
what is the state of things in multi-user mode (like no-autologin) (feel free 
to add other things you might consider)
2) how we handle users... I see two posible options:
	1) in mono-user ignore all the users except arklinux and totally mask the 
user so it never appears and in multi-user ignore the arklinux user and let 
the users create new users and use them, the arklinux user will be there to 
go back.
	2) use arklinux as the main user for mono-user and the first user for 
multi-user allowing the user to change the id (nobody wants his/her username 
to be arklinux) and adding other users.
There are lots of pro and cons in each aproach, and we have to define what do 
we do with the files of multi-users when we're in mono-user and what do we do 
with the files of arklinux when we are in multi-ser (if we choose option 1).
So, wath do you people think about it ?
