Subversion

Hey, bero or anyone who knows how, I need you to setup subversion on 
arklinux.org.

Bero expressed an intrest in using trac to track bugs. Trac includes a 
subversion interface which could be nice to have. Trac can import Bugzilla 
bug reports, so If I can get someone to setup subversion correctly, then I 
can probably setup trac and import the bugzilla stuff that we used to have.
