Downloading dockyard-devel

It seems that the download frequently fails when I am trying to get 
dockyard-devel. I can't think of any explanation why it doesn't work, 
there doesn't seem to be any pattern except that sometimes my downloads 
manage to go through uninterrupted at night or during business hours 
when people aren't at home (local internet speed is faster during these 
times).

I don't know if the problem is at my end or on the server's end but I 
thought I should mention this, if no one else is having this problem 
than its probably at my end.
