TKGate in the KDE menu structure

Hi everyone

I've updated my old TKGate RPM, but I can't seem to find a suitable menu to 
put it in. The old menu is missing.

I'm wondering until the menu structure is redesigned where I might put the 
program, it's a visual program for designing electrical circuits as far as I 
can tell, but I just built it on request and I'm really not sure what it 
does.
