Sorry, I coudn't understand completly, that line should be commented out for 
family mode, right ?

There are two kind of users, users and administrators, users can't add other 
users, administrators can, if you go from personal mode to family mode and 
you have the password of a user, but that user is just a user and not an 
administrator, you'll be able  to log in, but you'll loose your 
administrating qualities.
