user management class

Is there any class to do user management based on /etc/passwd 
and /etc/group... marcd ? did you make anything ?
If not, for my app I'll make a generic user management class (that could be 
latter moved to some C++ development framework) and latter I'll subclass it 
to make the Ark Linux User Management class adding the functionality we need 
for user management, ok?
