Re: states: family, personal (aka mono-user)

The reason that line was added to begin with was to do away with the 
support nightmare created by disabling the passwords and having users 
who have never seen a unix-like OS before.  Instead of spending 2+ 
frustrating hours walking each person through logging into single user 
mode, setting passwords, adding new users, etc, it was easier to just 
allow the arklinux user to autologin via console.  Changing that line in 
local_login is unnecessary as it only affects the arklinux user (unless 
somebody manually modifies the file)
