ATI drivers are a pain to get installed yes (I didnt succeed, and the rpm has
conflicting files). Basically: ati users can get 2 D working with these drivers
(with limited performance), but they get NO hardware 3D support because of the
incomplete install and modules that are not being built. If you could distribute
a nice build of these drivers, a lot of people will be happy ;)
