Re: can't passwd as root

So, nobody knows about this ? seems related to PAM, seems related to Samba, I 
removed samba and samba-client (couldn't remove samba-common) and I've got 
the following message:
# passwd
Changing password for user root.
passwd: Module is unknown
[[email protected] root]#

Something doesn't smell good here.
