Re: The Ark install CD

This is very losely true.  If you boot the CD to the point where you see 
the language selection, you can do a control-alt-F2 or F3 to get a 
console prompt.
Many of the necessary tools are available here, but it is not truly a 
full-fledged rescue CD at this point.
