Legally, they'll be in deep shit over this. There is a limit to HOW close to 
windows you can get without getting sued, and I think this is far past 
that....

Besides, this looks to be a highly modified GNOME that they are using for 
their environment. I noted 3 apps from the GNOME 2.6 release right off the 
bat.
