My first suggestion would be for you to enter mission control, goto internet
and network configurations, and attempt to configure your network card in
there. Select ethernet/lan and then see if you can't configure your wirless
adapter.

If you can't and you are running a 2.4.x kernel you may need to install the
ndiswrapper and the driver required for the card, search though kynaptic
for it. I would suggest googling as well to see what kind of driver support
there is and what driver is suggested with the ndiswrapper or otherwise.

thanks.
