For navegability, I think the best way to make a web structure is in a tree, 
that is a menu, submenus, sub-submenus and so on... if cross reference are 
needed, I would add them as help shortcuts or something like that... so, for 
the Ark Linux site, I recomend this structure (we spoken about this on the ir 
channel already):

 - Contact us (including the donation info here)
 * [Any other apropiate general information]

Get Ark Linux (explaining that Ark Linux is free, why it is 
               free and that you can download it, but since 
               it is too big, there are some companies selling 
               it for little money)
 - Buy Ark Linux (explaining how to buy)
 - Download Ark Linux (explaining how to download)

Support (explaining that since it is not comercial software,
         there isn't any real support but a big comunity of 
         people that may help and a lot of documentation to
         read)
 - FAQ
 - Mailing List (explaining how to subscribe and unsubscribe)
 - Bugzilla (explaining what it is and how to use it)

Get Involved
 - CVS
 - To Do List

Making the page acording to this structure using the current graphical 
structure, that is, the menu in the horizontal bar and the sub menu with some 
little nice graphics would be nice.
