May I can lead your eye to the PHP Internationalization interface on the 
gnunet homepage at:

Please don't care about the contents, look how the translation of the English 
homepage is handled instead.

The PHP code is available under GPL.

Maybe, it's usable for a future, multilangual Ark Linux website ?
