In the support page, there are like four diferent ways of getting support and 
I think they're not in the order they should.
I would recomed:
1) Read the FAQ
2) IRC
3) Mailing list
4) bug browsing/bug report
since bug browsing is not something easy and we don't want bug reports from 
someone who doesn't know how to open a web browser or similar.

Another sugestion... everybody asks the requirements of Ark Linux... it 
definitly is a FAQ, can you add it there ? or somewhere else ?
