Alternative Ark Linux Website Design

Hello,
     After reading the Ark Linux Interview on DesktopOS this
morning, I thought I could try and give a helping hand; I
was (and still am) unsure of whether you guys needed it, but
I sat down and started rewriting the Ark Linux Website
Design.

So far I've:
   *Rewritten the HTML (in XHTML 1.0 Transitional)
   *Rewritten the CSS, but it still may need a bit of
tweaking
   *Created a Configuration file in PHP
   *Removed Javascript and Frames
   *Reformatted the white-spacing
   *Fixed a few spelling mistakes + dead links
   *Successfully Validated all of the pages

If anyone has the time to proof-read the design, it would be
much appreciated.
