James,

I've got a fix in my devel code base for this and I'm waiting for
user confirmation in a couple of cases where the bug hit in order
to do another release.

BTW: do I have your metadata yet
     (dmraid -rD;tar jcvf James-Olson-raid0.tar.bz2 *.{dat,size,offset})
in order to confirm it fixes your case as well ?

FYI: the reason why this flaw doesn't hit in many (most?) cases is,
that the size the metadata reports *is* a multiple of the stride
     (called chunk in dm) size.

Regards,
Heinz
