dmraid45 compile

All,

I can't seem to find the file linux-2.6.17.3/drivers/md/dm-region_hash.c. to 
patch with the dmraid45 patch file.

I have the linux-2.6.17.4 kernel sources and the file dm-region_hash.c is no 
where to be found.

Any help would be appreciated.
