looks like F_MAXIMIZE was already removed from rc11, which AFAIK can
only be found at
ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/source/SRPMS/
with additional bug fixes

Heinz,
would it be possible to keep
http://people.redhat.com/~heinzm/sw/dmraid/src/
in sync with development, or at least put a warning there saying it is
not up2date and to look somewhere else?
