1.0.0.rc13/lib/format/ddf/ddf1.c.orig seems superfluous in tarball

        Hi,

 1.0.0.rc13/lib/format/ddf/ddf1.c.orig ended up in the dmraid tarball,
 this looks like a left over from applying a patch; would someone be so
 kind to remove it?
