[LAA] AlsaModularSynth (ams) 2.2.1 released

AlsaModularSynth (ams) is a MIDI controlled realtime modular
synthesizer and effect processor with support for LADSPA and JACK.

This release fixes a few bugs and provides some minor improvements.
All users should upgrade to 2.2.1.
