[LAA] Yoshimi 2.3.1.2

Copy/Paste has been improved and unified between CLI and GUI.

Improved discovery of most recent HTML guide location.
    Also available to the CLI.

Small corrections and updates in the User Guide.

Various bugfixes.

For developers:
    Improved access to control data/descriptions, with updates.
    Updated various explanatory texts.
