Drumstick MIDI Monitor for Linux using ALSA sequencer and Qt user 
interface. This is the program that was previously and simply known as 
"kmidimon".

Changes in v1.4.1

* added meta-event end-of-track
* using std::function instead of raw function pointers
* better formatting of event times in 'hh:mm:ss.zzz'
* requires Drumstick 2.10
