[LAA] Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard 0.9.2 Released

Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard is a MIDI events generator and receiver. It=20
doesn't produce any sound by itself, but can be used to drive a MIDI=20
synthesizer (either hardware or software, internal or external). You can=20
use the computer's keyboard to play MIDI notes, and also the mouse. You=20
can use the Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard to display the played MIDI notes=20
from another instrument or MIDI file player.

Changes in v0.9.2:

* Swedish translation updated, thanks to Karl Jonatan Nyberg
* kmapdialog: new readonly column showing note names
* New settings toolbar
* Fix #35: wrong default initialization value for CC8 (Balance)

Compilation minimum requirements for all platforms:

* CMake 3.16
* C++17 compiler
* Qt6 >=3D 6.2 or Qt5 >=3D 5.9
* Drumstick 2.10
