Well, I start up the "Pulseaudio Volume Control" and the configuration tab yields no disable or off as it used to. I try starting it from the command line and find pavucontrol is not installed but pavucontrol-qt is. SO I try to install pavucontrol and it wants to install pulse (which tends to replace pipewire)... Thanks buntu. I will have to see if there some other way or if some profile has been left out. > There's probably a pactl invocation, a pw config, or some wireplumber > lua magic to do the same.
