FWIW, a quick search in Fedora main repository shows that a RPM binary package 
does exist (bristol-0.60.11-30.fc42.x86_64.rpm), so the answer is YES.

I haven’t tried it, though, so I cannot tell if it actually works. Anywaym 
maybe the source RPM contains patches that enable building in recent distros.
