I bought one of it, about 5 years ago. Tried to make field recording but I gave up and sent it back - the preamps or whatever part of it produced too much noise. I can imagine domains where it can be useful, field recording is none of them - unless Zoom made an overhaul and fixed that noise problem, in the meantime. 5 years ago, I had to switch to a Røde NF-1 and a SoundDevice MixPre6, which cost 10 times more… Greets!
