Seems like you've tried configuring all components I can think of and more. I hope you'll solve it, either by good 
bookkeeping of the entire chain, finding a work-around solution or just luck. BTW: is bluetooth audio working at all on 
your system? Otherwise the bt hardware or firmware may be a factor.
