ssh optimised binaries for the sun4c?/m DONT have truncated library

Ahh well, what happened was I had a library in /lib that apparently was
truncated but NOT being overwitten by rpm -ihv --force --nodeps openssl

stopped sshd
deleted the lib
erased the openssl
replaced the openssl
started sshd

No problems at all, great stuff
