oh well, if you want to try then, beware, they're little tested, but
they're here:

ftp://fw.j-son.org/pub/aurora/samba-3.0.0beta2-1.sparc.rpm
ftp://fw.j-son.org/pub/aurora/samba-3.0.0beta2-1.src.rpm

and the little tweak in the spec file is this:

*** samba3.spec.orig    Tue Jul  1 17:30:12 2003
--- samba3.spec Tue Jul  8 22:35:53 2003
***************
*** 47,52 ****
--- 47,56 ----
  EXTRA="-D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE"
  %endif
  NUMCPU=`grep processor /proc/cpuinfo | wc -l`
+
+ %ifarch sparc
+ NUMCPU=`grep "ncpus active" /proc/cpuinfo | cut -d :  -f 2`
+ %endif
  if [ ! -f "configure" ]; then
        ./autogen.sh
  fi

If someone takes them to samba.org, I'd suggest a "structire of

Aurora
Aurora/1.0
Aurora/1.0/RPMS
Aurora/1.0/RPMS/sparc

and place the binary rpm there

Aurora/1.0/SRPMS

and place the src rpm there.

I'm off now for a while...
