My mistakes: I have forgotten "Everything" in the path and have not seen
my error because I have not switched this source on. After correcting
these mistakes yum informs about e.g. about newer t1lib (+5 X-Window
libraries it depends on). After removing gnupg2 and pth  yum install
gnupg2  gets the corect dependency from pth. Probably it would work in
the same way with the other files I listed. Excuse me the false alarm.
