So what's the actual part number for that?  501-XXXX is generally 
something you can actually search, say, the Field Engineer's Handbook for, 
whereas X1033A is not.  If it's the card I think it is, it's a perfectly 
normal hme card, and will work just fine.

And hey, you could also try it and find out.

Huh?  It's got 3 64-bit 5V slots and 1 64-bit 3.3V slot.  Perfectly normal 
PCI ethernet cards you get at best buy should work just fine.  I don't 
have a u60, but I've tried netgear cards in my u5 and my sb100, and 
they work fine.
