BaySwitch 303 (1 100Mb uplink, 24 10Mb switched ports).  The ghetto thing is
that you CAN'T set the 10Mb ports to anything other than half duplex, which
what was wierd about the whole thing..  The kernel said it was forcing it to
10Mb half, which is all the switch can do.  (Even though it didn't seem to
complain when I set the card to 10Mb Full.. it was just a little jumpy)
Now, the one thing I didn't try was to use ethtool and force the card to
10Mb half anyway, just in case it was still trying to autoneg.  At any rate,
it's still happy as a clam on the 10/100 hub.
