2.98: iptables startup fails due to missing module ip_conntrack_netbios_ns

On a fresh 2.98 install, iptables-config sets
IPTABLES_MODULES="ip_conntrack_netbios_ns", which causes that module to
be loaded when the iptables service is started. The module does not
exist, however, so iptables startup fails. I'm not sure if the module
should be added to the kernel build or removed from iptables-config.
