I had exactly the same problem with my Netra T1 200 using FTP as the install
method, with IPv6 enabled the installer always crashed while getting DHCP
info or very shortly thereafter.

One other thing I noticed on my T1 200 is that the NIC interfaces are
identified back to front, as in 1 is 0 and 0 is 1. It's not a major issue
but thought I would mention it.
