This is probably the biggest reason I don't do more with my Ultra 
5's...  It'd be great to use JDK 1.5 or better...  My hope is with the 
source freely available from Sun (I think for 1.7), we will get more 
recent versions of the JDK.

Honestly, I tried to download and build JDK 1.7 - but had some trouble - 
and, well, I just don't have a whole lot of free time to mess with it...
