Hello, aurora-sparc-user.

I use Aurora 2.0 on Sun Netra T1.
It has two ethernet interfaces served by module sungem.
It runs fine, but I have one little trouble:
Ethernet interface eth1 (signed eth0 on case label) always sayas that
it runs in 100 Mbit half duplex mode.
When I try ot set mode I need (100MB Full-duplex) using ethtool or
mii-tool, the command execs normally (with no message) but the next
state reading says 100mb-HD again.
I have tried the next commands:
# ethtool -s eth1 autoneg off speed 100 duples full
# mii-tool -F 100baseTx-FD eth1
with the same result:
# mii-tool eth1
eth1: no autonegotiation, 100baseTx-HD, link ok
# ethtool eth1
Settings for eth1:
Supported ports: [ TP MII ]
        Supported link modes: 10baseT/Half 10baseT/Full
                                100baseT/Half 100baseT/Full
        Supports auto-negotiation: Yes
        Advertised link modes: 10baseT/Half 10baseT/Full
                                100baseT/Half 100baseT/Full
        Advertised auto-negotiation: No
        Speed: 100Mb/s
        Duplex: Half
        Port: MII
        PHYAD: 0
        Transceiver: externel
        Auto-negotiation: on
        Supports Wake-on: d
        Wake-on: d
        Current message level: 0x00000007 (7)
        Link detected: yes
What else I can use to control modes on this interface?
