The U10 will support up to 2 512Mb kits (4*256MB) for a total of 1G.. You might
have to flash your OBP to the latest U10 level before your install the DIMM's.
Notes:
- Memory speed is 60ns if 50ns and 60ns DIMMs are mixed.
- UltraSPARC IIi speeds >=360MHz support 50ns memory speed.
- System Boards 375-0066, 375-0079, and 375-0115 support 50ns memory.
- OBP >=3.25v3 is required when Micron MTxLDxx72FG-5 series EDO DIMMs are used
with 360MHz, 400MHz, or 440MHz CPU modules.
