Actually, I hadn't even gotten to the point of trying to compile and/or
run a Java app.  I was just trying to run "java -version".  That's what
blew up with the "signal 11" error.

  Ugh.  I was thinking of trying to compile the Blackdown JVM source,
but I chickened out just thinking about it.
