I suspect my spam filter was being overzealous because I missed the first email in this chain. When the first version of this grant application came through in October 2015 http://lists.linux.org.au/pipermail/linux-aus/2015-October/022212.html I raised a number of concerns and from a quick read through the links provided I don't believe that these issues have been addressed.
