At the moment I'm not committing to making it an ongoing LUV service, but it seems likely that we will do that. Email me off-list if you would like a Matrix account on luv.asn.au. The "Element (Riot)" client for Android works well as does quaternion in Debian (which incidentally doesn't support A/V).
