Yes, LA certainly provides information and guidance to bid teams.  Such
assistance is available to help prepare the bid and at all stages in the run
up to the conference itself.  We encourage anyone thinking of bidding for a
conference to get in touch with the LA Council as early as possible so they
can take advantage of this.
