There have been a lot of comments.  They have been *very* helpful.  I've 
made six changes after getting them.

The discussion seems to have wound down now, so we are close to the 
final version of our new constitution, if not there already.

If you want to look over it before we put it to a vote, now is the time. 
  Please air any concerns or objections you may have in the discussion 
happening at the above link, so I have a good chance of making it 
acceptable to everyone.
