Let’s add to this that the employer, in a four-page rebuttal letter
responding to a one-page letter from the recruitment firm, stated that
they have no obligation or reason to provide feedback, engage in
further communication, or follow up on the resume(s). Meanwhile, the
recruitment firm is pursuing the employer through the courts
