I haven't seen a need to use their app anymore, since passkeys are more secure as I understand it. Is a "passkey" one of those number generating dongles, as used for netbank? Up till now, I've made do with password and security questions on MyGov, despite their prompting for something else. My concern is losing the old, if I engage with the new. Knowing how the dongle pathway unfolds would be valuable.
