If you are asking for the new list to be shut down or have all members removed, what do you propose LUV does to communicate with members in future? The list of email addresses on the old LUV server has always been considered as the one and only "source of truth" as the list of LUV members. Anyone on that list is a member, by definition. If we do not accept that the LUV committee has access to that list and can contact those people, we are effectively declaring the current group illegitimate and will need to close the subcommittee.
