Given LUV is a subcommittee of Linux Australia, as part of our response to this, the Linux Australia Council has requested that the domain contacts be updated to use our name and email address, as the first step to getting the domain transferred to be managed by Linux Australia to avoid this occurring again. We have sent correspondence to Alexar, the Linux Victoria team, and the LUV committee, asking for the information to be updated. We have received no response from Alexar or the Linux Victoria team. I am asking for anyone who has contact with Alexar to request him to make the updates immediately. He has had adequate time to complete the task, and has assured us in the past that he always receives our correspondence, so we can only assume he is purposely choosing to ignore us.
